Do not use if you have ever experienced conjunctivitis, dry eyes, eye infections, styes, or eye irritation as a result of applying other cosmetics in the eye area.

        Some users of products containing prostaglandin analogs have reported reactions, including but not limited to: eye redness and itchiness, dry eyes, watering of the eyes, blurry vision, sensitivity, styes, inflammation of eyelid and eye, darkening of skin around the eye area, lash loss, visible enhancement of hair around the or outside the eye area, iris discoloration and/or orbital fat loss.         With consistent use as directed, you can expect to see longer-looking lashes in 4-6 weeks.

        Will I get better results using neuLASH® twice a day?

        We wish it were true! Using more neuLASH® serum than recommended, or using it more often than directed, will yield the same results as the recommended once daily application.

        What if I forget to apply neuLASH® one night?

        No worries! While regular and consistent application is key to seeing great results, missing an application of neuLASH® won’t cause any adverse effects. Simply resume your regular neuLASH® application schedule at the next opportunity.

        Is neuLASH® safe?

        Yes! neuLASH® is ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested and found to be safe and non-irritating. As with any cosmetic product, some people may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. Discontinue use and consult your physician immediately if you suspect that you may be having an allergic reaction.

        Although neuLASH® is a gentle, non-toxic formula, it may cause discomfort for some users if it makes contact with the eye. Rinse the eye with plenty of water and consult your physician if irritation occurs.

        My lash line tingles when I apply neuLASH®. Is that normal?

        Some users may experience a mild tingling sensation when using neuLASH®. This is normal and should diminish with use. Apply neuLASH® every other day instead of daily if tingling occurs. Please discontinue use and consult your physician if tingling persists or if redness and irritation occurs.

        When should I stop using neuLASH®?

        Once desired results are achieved, reduce neuLASH® application to every other day to maintain the healthy appearance of your lashes.

        How long will my tube of neuLASH® last?

        With one swipe on the upper lash line once per day, you can expect a 3.2mL container of neuLASH® to last between 2-3 months.
